Organic Chamomile 1:5 Alcohol Tincture
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is traditionally known for their calming and soothing properties and it is widely regarded for promoting relaxation, supporting restful sleep, reduce stress and easing digestive discomfort.
Each 1 mill of contains:
- 200mg of the Organic Dried Flowers
- Grain Alcohol
- Purified water
Dosage:
Adults: 2 to 4mls, up to three times a day
Or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Can be taken by the whole family undiluted or you can add to juice or water.
Avoid if you have any known ingredient sensitivities.
